Building on years of hands-on SAP HCM implementation, technical support, and change management, I moved into full-time SAP training in 2019. Today I deliver official SuccessFactors and HCM courses, support enterprise adoption efforts, and create training content used by practitioners worldwide.
Over Two Decades of Experience
My career began in 2001 on a large public-sector SAP HR rollout in Pakistan, where I moved from on-site training and Level 1 support into managing pilot site rollouts. Over a decade across Saudi Arabia followed: training and later functional/technical work on SAP HCM implementations with HP, then within Saudi Airlines' SAP Center of Excellence, spanning business process optimization, change management, and system integration.
At Elm, a Saudi digital solutions company, I moved from Change Management into Program Management, standardizing Prosci's ADKAR model across SAP initiatives and building my SuccessFactors skills. Since 2019, I've focused on SAP Education, delivering official SuccessFactors and HCM courses worldwide while continuing to support change management and functional advisory work.
