The course provides an overview of the technical platform features for SAP SuccessFactors. We begin by introducing you to various system settings and user interface customization options, then take you through basic configuration and security topics. We demonstrate day-to-day administration tasks, such as keeping the system up-to-date and supporting users' daily needs.
Recognize how different user roles use the SuccessFactors LMS. Walk through steps to view how some of the References and Resources are configured, how various types of Training Courses are set up, how they are related and grouped, and how Retraining requirements are managed. The course teaches how to use Story Report, one of the reporting tools within the People Analytics solution of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite. It covers various topics, from adding tables to selecting columns and applying filters inQuery Designerto using different widgets while building a report in Story Designer,as well as various actions which a user can perform on reports within the Report Center. The course uses gender diversity as a scenario to select data from a data source and to present it in a graphical format in a story.
